It appears that travel to 9 Caribbean Islands just may start getting easier as the FAA has upgraded the status of the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority. This means that it now meets international safety standards for safety oversight. Countries affected include Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grendada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
